Shradha is a Nepali from Dharan Nepal and holds a Master's Degree in Management and Sociology from Tribhuvan University. She runs her own travel and tours company named A.N.T Holidays Pvt. Ltd. which gives a complete solution for travelers around the world.

A self-made entrepreneur herself, she is advocating for women entrepreneurs in Nepal where she participates and encourages other women to be proactive and engage in business, particularly in handicrafts focusing on knitting wears produced by women.

Before establishing her own company, she was an employee for more than ten (10) years in various organizations. Ms. Joshi is an involved person in the social sector. She used to be a member of Jaycees Dharan, a board member of local NGOs, Dharan, a Board member of the Orphan House, and a member of the Rotary Club of Lalitpur. Currently, she is the President of the Lions Club of Kathmandu Babar Mahal and an Executive Board Member of the Federation of Women Entrepreneurs Association of Nepal (FWEAN) and Nepal Association of Travel and Tour Agency (NATTA).
