LuzvimindaThapa (nee, Paluyo) born and grew up in Kawit, Cavite, Philippines, is the Co-Founder, Managing Director and one of the consultants and academic advisors of Merge International Nepal-Philippines Education Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. She is an MBA and a BS Foreign Service graduate from the Philippines that has over twenty-three years (23) of work experience in different fields. After graduating from college, Luzviminda worked as a Project Officer under the Human Resource and Recruitment department of a notable international business organization. She also worked previously as an Executive Secretary to the Company President from her former employer and later on became a Para-Legal/ Administrative Officer who represented a private company in all cases and hearing proceedings.

After moving to Nepal in 2009, Luzviminda realized her dream and established her company Merge International Nepal-Philippines Education Consultancy to cater to the growing number of Nepalese students in pursuit of international education in the Philippines.

Luzviminda was the Secretary General of Nepal-Philippines Chamber of Commerce and Industry for two (2) terms before becoming the Junior Vice-President in 2023.
